Does the choke plate lay flat when it's being cold started regardless of the temperature? Or is it supposed to close a bit when its cold and close all the way when its really cold? So to restate, is it a fully flat or fully open kind of deal? Thanks, bluedaffy

Does the choke plate either lay flat when it's cold, and vertical when it's warm? Or does it set the choke angle on a gradient based on "how cold" it is. For example would it set the same closure if it were -20*F or 40*F? I always check mine in the morning before starting to see what it looks...
