That brings back memories.. my dad was the plant manager for the jeep plant from 1976 to 1979. When i was 16, every six months he would ask me what kind of jeep i would like, he would order it up and i would drive it for the next 6 months. In the winters i had a white jeep grand wagoneer with wood grain trim, leather seats, deep pile carpeting, power everything, and an 8 track player. It had quadratrack, so you just aimed it up the hill and hit the gas! What fun! He had 6300 people under him at the plant. I drive a 1999 jeep cherokee with 215k miles today. Jeeps are the best
