Built March 2014, purchased April 2014. Basic warranty through April 2017
Generally happy with the vehicle overall, but the continuing, albeit occasional, rough gear changes 1 to 2, 2 to 3 , both up & down with the 9-speed transmission, is a downer. The software has been updated & adjustments done several times, & is current with FCA TSB's RRT's & Recalls...except for the Transaxle Wire Harness recall (outstanding waiting for parts). There has been some improvement in the transmission performance over the last few months, still jerky but less frequent ....the Distributors service techs advised me there is nothing more they can do.
