      I bought a USB charger with a FM transmitter. Plug it into the earphone jack and tune the radio to the station the transmitter is on and Viola!
      Those work ok as long as you aren't in a big city. If you can't find a station w/ nothing coming through they sound good. If any radio signal is coming through it gets a lot of static.

      I've seen these before (link below) and it looks promising to avoid the issue with transmitters. I can't tell you from personal exp. if it works well, but I do use the same company's Ipod cable to connect my iphone to my amp in the Jeep and that works great.
