Yes 7 ply sidewalls from what I have learned and the ride isnt to much worse. I have known people who run load range Es on the trails and have never had any issues. The sidewalls flex less yes but theres also more rim and less tires than if you were to do a 15. I would go for it just because I am assuming you are putting them on stock moab wheels and that will look legit!
I plan on using these Ion 171's ...about to order them actually (not from Q-tec though...but this is how they look):

...my Jeep is black so that's part of the reasoning, along with light weight, 4.25" back spacing and a good deal I found.

      Fixed

Also I learned toyo MTs only have 2 ply sidewalls too!
Most important thing I have learned is when there is a possibility of a sidewall puncture, AIR DOWN. The tires flexibility is it's natural defense against cuts.
He didn't mean to say "sidewalls", the ply under the tread is 7-ply.

what is this deal you speak of?
      http://www.carolinaclassictrucks.com/ionalloywheels-171c.html

I actually bought them through the member "Church" in here ("Ryan", from Carolina Classic Trucks). Got all four with new lugnuts shipped for $425 (little better than the link when you click on shipping estimate there). I'm only getting four because I plan to use the lightest 15 x 7 wheel I can find with a 33 x 9.50 lightweight tire as the spare. Don't know if he was B.S.n' me to get the sale but he said my set was the last left in the country lol.

Keep in mind our version of the 171 is 5-lug and has the more attractive and subtle (smaller) center cap, like the pic in Q-tec:

I'm not a fan of chrome myself and would say many on here aren't either. For a few bucks a wheel more you can buy aluminum wheels and for a few bucks less you can have the black soft 8's which imo look much better. You can do the soft 8's and 31" duratracks for a more aggressive look and still maintain great road manor. A 2" budget boost from skyjacker with the hydro shocks, or a 1.25" body lift from jks, or savvy would give you enough lift to clear the offset wheel . Otherwise you will chew up your fenders. You can do these mods yourself, in a driveway , with basic hand tools a jack and a couple jack stands, or blocks. It only takes a couple hours and is a great learning experience. Just be sure to get a frontend alignment after doing a budget boost. One isn't needed for the 1.25" body lift. Also don't go higher then 1.25" of body lift on a jeep.
Thanks for the input. These are the original wheels I found on that site. http://www.quadratec.com/products/92616_6X0X_B_PG.htm My main concern was that given the price are these wheels actually good? They arnt cheap crap then? I want to get a deal but not something thats gonna fail me later on. Ill shop around just want to find something in that price range. For the BB kit is this what I am looking for? http://www.amazon.com/Jeep-Wrangler-Budget-lift-newer/dp/B000LZ7YVW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1314995794&sr=8-1 Im still new to this stuff and what everything should cost. I dont want to be buying something that isnt right. Thanks again.

These wheels will be fine. Many people on jf use them and are quite happy with them. You only need an 8" wide rim up to a 12.5" wide tire anywhere from 3.5" to 4" of back spacing would be good. That is a bb in the link, but the skyjacker kit with hydro shocks will ride better and you really should replace the shocks and add the bump stops as well.

You won't be able to find anything other then a 32" tire in a 11.5" to wide, but will be fine with 32's and a bb.

Thanks for the help guys. I thought they were the Mickey Classic IIs. I like the Ions. BTW, I am going to run my 33x12.5x15 on a 8 inch stock CJ wheel for now. I always heard that a 10 inch was too big if you are going to wheel it. Can't air down with the wide tire.

The Ions have the bigger holes all around, if you like the smaller holes then you want American Racing Baja rims..if the hole size doesn't matter or you like them b/c they're cheaper, then stick with the Ions.

These below are American Racing Bajas, notice all the holes? they are smaller than the holes in the Ions.

If you don't want something that is a PITA then DO NOT get the 1069s. Those are the POLISHED ALUMINUM rims and they are horrendous to maintain and deal with if you want to keep them clean and shiny. Run away from anything that's polished aluminum without clearcoating.

You either want the FLAT BLACK 7069s or the GLOSS black 8069s. I guess it depends on what you want to go with your black Jeep. I have a yellow one and had my rocker rails painted flat black so my 7069s look awesome on it. :)

If you wheel, black is great because when you get rock rash you can just touch 'em up with paint.
I meant to type 7069 and typoed 1069. Yes, I won't be going with polished aluminum either (I knew to stay away from brushed for sure but I guess polished is a PITA too). I love the idea of wheeling and then spraying off rims. I just may go with your 7069's. Although I really liked the ION 171 styling as it's not elaborate but breaks up the black at least a little. Problem is every time I google Ion 171 I get tons of different versions of it, some I like some I don't. Even this one in particular is often shown with different center caps (I hate the huge goddy ones). I like this one. I think it's still my favorite looking wheel, it's about 20 lbs which isn't too bad, and even though it's polished aluminum it's clearcoated. Techincally I like your wheel the best though. If I could find one with your wheel's specs but this style I think that would be "the one":
