I just put a set of 4 eyebolts on the ceiling in a square so i could run 2 tie wraps from front to back.
Heres the winch I bought separately if you need one:
2000 Lb. Capacity Geared Winch
You can take that handle off, tighten an electric drill around the handle's bolt post(as though its a bit) and voila, power winch for cheap (I got mine for $20 in store).
It was $150 all in for my Lange setup...pricing out materials to build was cheaper, but not by a ton... the time savings made up the difference for me.
