90s GM SUVs have some pretty beefy hooks
so i would hit the junkyard and see if you can find some with the toolbox discount.

I think that these would work best behind the the drivers and pass. seats on the floor boards. As well to replace the weak factory ones. Just gotta figure out how to mount them to the fold down rear seat back. The Cleats would work perfect for on top of the rear wheel wells to be able to "cross" tie stuff. Thanks for the ideas guys, mucho appreciated.
