When you lube it make sure it is with syn brake lube, reg grease with not hold up with all the heat on a non-bearing type rotation it will cause it to dry out and get sticky.

NAPA has a bearing / seal kit for a round $100-$150 that should have all the stuff you need cann't help with the install though but that should help with parts any way.

Could also be the carrier bearings in the rear diff... If they just had it out and reshimmed it maybe they got it to tight and the bearings are going out.
