Swap that sensor. It's bad.

Pretty normal as the sensor is just a ball with a spring behind it. When the spring wears out the pressure reads high.

I'm just saying the CFM rating of the Taurus fan isn't what your stock one was.

Also hook up the high setting. In Texas you'd need that setting more than the low setting.

What mixture of coolant are you running? Too much or too little coolant will screw it up bad. Get a tester and make sure it's right for your area.
