Rustbullet is another product you should look up also. Much less time consuming than POR. I used this on my TJ years ago and it still looks great and is holding up well.

Figure it was time to swap out the old controls arms and splurge on a complete set of Curry adjustables. Is an wheel alignment needed after install?

Why regear a D35? Why not upgrade that rear axle to something more reliable? I do and went with a 8.8. Never looked back. Also nice to have that piece of mind. Just my two bits.

That sucks man. I use that plumber putty that hardens into a metal compound(don't recall name). I placed it in the torx bolts that old down my winch. A few wacks with a hammer and chisel gets it out...
