I just finally replaced the grommet and valve on drivers side with the factory parts, they work much better than help pcv grommets..... finally my gas stays IN the tank!!!

Fact is they both have their good and bad, it all depends on what kind of driving you will be doing, I think the 5 speed is better economy wise, and much better for going downhill off road.......
