B&M short throw shifter

So my stock shifter was leaking and needed to be replaced. OEM was $800 plus so I went with the B&M. I have an 1.25” BL and apparently the stress from the shifter over the years tore the inner boot....

Typical rocker and rear corner rot. Already purchased new OEM style inner/outer rocker panels, and lower rear quarter panels. Once the interior rust areas are remedied, those will be next on the list.
