Testing the crank sensor on yet another multi meter yields a value of 1 on all scales. Didn't get a chance to go anywhere after work today, so checking the resistance again was the best I could do....

So we put the good battery in, cranked it, got it to fire and then had the usual shut down.

Swapped out the PCM, mine works fine. Takes a second to charge but fires up and runs no problem.
