Disagree. As others have said, the double flaring tools (as shown in this write-up) work perfectly on brake lines. I did my stainless brake lines with a similar tool from Imperial.

Borgeson is a "universal" shaft, so some cutting/drilling may be required. That being said, once it's done, the shaft is well made and tight. (Measure twice, cut/drill once.)

When I put mine in, I lightly chamfered the holes in the frame rail and end of bushing. It was still a tight fit and required real beating with the wood block and hammer, but eventually it got in.
