I don't know the specific "requirements" in your county......but you should be able to pass keeping it carbureted. They likely wouldn't require a charcoal canister, egr, etc......I would suspect...

I would definitely recommend putting the factory...

I would definitely recommend putting the factory fuel filter back on as well....that helps regulate the pressure.....

But - it was running poorly before you removed it, correct??
