No, it turns over fine, it's an initial lack of combustion thing. This Jeeps got grounds upon grounds and then some. And the hei is wired using a relay so it's got full 12v all the time.

No it wasn't that. Those nuts haven't been touched in 5 years. And I was aware of that issue even back then.
I just bench tested both solenoids again with 12volts and they worked as they should.
