I gutted my ABS after putting in the 8.8. Reason for removing it was piece of mind when bleeding the system.

Hardest part about it is redoing the fittings.
No computer issues to deal with.

But can you replace the entire vehicle for $1,500?

My '96 ZJ isn't worth $1K on the street with the 300,000+ miles it has on it but I would have a tough time replacing it for $1-$2.5K with the way...
