I've noticed the front diff likes to be changed twice as much as the rear. Seems to make sense, front diff is working with 1qt and engine compartment heat, rear diff gets 2qts and no external heat....

Do you know if the shift motor changes position based on input voltage? Say 0V its "position 0 - 4HI Unlocked", and 12V is "position x - 4Lo Locked"?
