I am in Texas and when I get my 02 TJ inspected...

I am in Texas and when I get my 02 TJ inspected all they do is hook the emissions computer up to the port under the steering wheel and test right from the Jeeps OBDII. No sniffer up up the tailpipe.

For 33" you will only need springs that provide 3 - 4 inches of lift.
Just a few reminders:
Dont forget your bump stops
YJ brake lines work and can be found at most autopart stores....
