Yup, I put a cheepee belt on my 97, and it has to be as tight as a guitar string, to stop the squeeling. Next time I'll spend some more $$$ on a good belt.

Yup, these things need GOOD grounds. I too cleaned all the stock connections, and added a couple more ground cables. I had a basket full of made up cables from old golf carts.

I'd say it's a parts vehicle. Guess you can straighten a uniframe, but I wouldn't want it. Too many straight ones in the JY's to spend the time on that one.
