Both of my ZJ's had coolers not sure if they were installed before or after. I would pay for one that much. I spent 2K on my first ZJ it had 220K miles no front driveshaft needed new transfer case....

Just follow maintenance and you should be good. Also be careful going across large bumps and stuff as I ended up destroying my 2.5L that way.

You will probably have minor rubbing. I believe the largest 17" under a stock jeep was a 245/65/17 even those have a little rubbing.
