What manifold is it sitting on? If it's the stock one you are running a four barrel on a two barrel manifold. If it's an Edelbrock manifold you should be able to tune that carb. 750 cfm is not too...

Check to make sure you didn't spin a rear hub. It'll drive with a spun hub, but it will be gutless.
