It could be a cable rubbing against your driveshaft. I can't remember which one it is, but look for wear spots on your driveshafts and cables being close to them.

Just get parts from another WJ that you need to put on your WJ. Then, you'll know the right parts are on your WJ. Any T-case yolk from a WJ will fit any other WJ. WJs don't have a 241J transfer case....
