Ok this comes up on Novak Adapt and the "rocker joint" pin design is available though them. I guess you could always swap in the sprockets and chain from a "regular" NP242.

No check engine light. For some reason my OBD2 reader will say "connecting" and will not go past that point. Bad connection at the computer would make sense in that case.

If you don't want to go to an aftermarket bumper I suggest a front 2 inch receiver hitch. Stouter and better at taking off angle pulls than the tow hook setups.

The extra wheelbase can really help smooth things out. Id imagine the unibody has a bit more give to it than the frame of the TJ.

This was a problem i had with the timing cover...
