"Tools" menu dropdown isn't working

I can't get the tools menu dropdown to work to access the links for My Threads or My Replies. Doesn't work on my personal Windows 7 PC with the latest version of Chrome and it doesn't work on my work...

The '92 has the GM steering column, so no clockspring to deal with. Cruise controls are on the turn signal stalk, and a wire runs from the stalk down through the column and plugs in under the dash....

I am not sure where the blower motor resistor is located on the XJ - I've never had to replace one. Your other issue will likely require disassembly of most of the dash to fix.
