I have 4 130w lights plus factory fogs and just headlights and fogs alone make my voltage dip bad. And I supposedly have a 117a alternator. I'll be taking it to test it tomorrow, just to make sure.

Yes. The same ujoint can be used for different applications. The factory doesn't know your use so they give you 4 rings. Use what you need. The yoke should have tabs that keep the cap on.
