Anyone with long term E85 experience?

PLEASE if you don't have E85 experience, do not post nonsense in this thread. I know how E85 is a bad word around the Jeep world, but I'm here to properly educate myself about the fuel, not hear...

Does your ZJ ever think wipers off means wipers full speed?

I consider it part of my Jeeps personality and thus have no plans on fixing it, but am just wondering has anyone had their wipers go full speed when you switch them to off and the only way to turn...
