It only lists GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating), which if I remember correctly is weight of vehicle+passengers+cargo.

I believe tow capacity is Gross Combined...

I don't know when that change occurred and I was skeptical, but checking my 2016 OM just now did indeed show a chart (pages 97-98) that lists the 2dr models with 3.73 or 4.10 as 3500# capacity.
