Volt meter = 12 volts for a minute then ~9.5
EDIT: SOLVED! I TAPPED THE BACK OF THE ALTERNATOR WITH A HEAVY PIPE. SEEMS LIKE THE BRUSHES GET STUCK/ WORN OUT.
