No reason to go with a Class III on a Wrangler. Towing capacity on the Wrangler is 2,000 pounds, well under the Class II rating.

The backspacing is basically an offset. It moves the tire farther away from the hub. I'm not positive about this but I don't think you can fit a 12.50 on a factory wheel without it rubbing suspension...
