I am sure it's not the TPS read my previous post. Also the dealer checked it and the dealer uses a scanner and that is way better than a DVM!!!
My Snap-on scanner shows the TPS curve and reports...

Fuel filter is my guess. Also run a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through it, it does wonders, I use Lucas and it really works, I am sure other brands work well to.
