Put the brake drum on backwards and tap around the outside.That will slide the axel out.

I have a 90 with a 258.I figure a CJ header will bolt up to the engine no problem,just wondering about the routing of the tubes.Will it fit?
Not concerned about emmissions hook up or exaust pipe...
