with a SYE, the pinion and driveshaft should be very close to aligned, ideal would be pinion 1-2 degrees nose down to compensate for spring wrap on acceleration.

The rear would be easy to add as the mounts bolt to the spring plates... but as others have said it doesn't seem to be real popular to keep it. I am still running mine just because it's not lifted...

Bleeding @ the banjo may not get all the air out, notice how the bleed screw is always @ the high spot. But it will get you home in a bind.

I'm guessing that the little caps on the bleeder screws are gone? If you can't find new ones inexpensively vacuum caps will work too. Keeping muck out of the insides of the bleeders really does...

If you have a post cat sensor, you will get a code. If you only have one sensor in front of the cat, while not being legal, the computer won't care so long as everything else is OK.
