10.9 indicates it's a metric fastener which is also a grade 8 SAE equivalent for strength. It's likely M6 or M8. Go to the metric section.

You actually want LESS pressure for a caliper vs a drum set up.

The proportioning valve reduces the PSI from ~10 to ~2 so that you do not lock up the rear....which would suck in the rain or ice.

Going to need to cut out what's damaged and weld in new. Straightening that will be tough as it is flimsy metal.

Insurance would probably write it off due to age and book value.
