My ZJ was having the same exact problem....

My ZJ was having the same exact problem. Tightening the belt fixed it. Take note in your examples that your problem seems to be arising after the engine/belt are warmed up/stretched.

Glue in a filler piece and bondo them. Scuff and paint and bam, you have a custom mod. Or just paint the lenses to match the color of the Jeep.

As for the red one, I do not know. Perhaps CJ7Tim or someone as experienced with wiring will chime in.

Find a screw in the firewall or the steel structure of the dash and put it on like a washer. If that loop is too big for the head of the screw use a washer on top of it.

I did a helicoil fix on my caliper about 3yrs ago. No problems to speak of. Being the first I'd ever done, I was impressed with how easy it was. Just keep the thread cutter STRAIGHT!!
