Mods, at best, are worth half of the parts value when left installed on the vehicle. A spacer lift is about $100, so you're not adding much. Every vehicle needs wheels and tires, so the value added...

In my case it was the middle of the sidewall...

In my case it was the middle of the sidewall rubbing, so the slight increase in diameter had nothing to do with it.


The only real problem with spacers is finding them. Bolt on 1"+ ones are easy...

My WK came with 245s that fit no problem, going to 255's required spacers up front as the sidewall just rubbed the knuckle upright.

If it's aligned correctly it should slowly slide on in. Once mine were partway in I used the impact to speed up the process (and save my arms) though.

Thin pads could bring the fluid level low enough to trip the switch. Definitely check the pads and look for leaks if the fluid is low.

The easy confirmation is count the rear diff bolts or look for the wiring going to the diff. QTII is technically just the tcase so QDII WK's list QTII in the build sheet as well.

I'd do a proper boost leak test before throwing parts at anything, there's a lot of parts to the high pressure system that can cause a leak.
