Steering wheel bolt stripped...help

2001 Wrangler.

Well it seems I've caused a problem. While trying to pull my steering wheel, I have somehow compressed the threads and now can't screw the bolt back in. Any idea which tap I should...

Added 6, dipstick reads about 2.5 inches over "full". I'm thinking the darn dipstick is the wrong one. 🤔

I also have a leak from the RMS area that wasn't there before. Looks to be dripping...
