Haha if I didn't have to go to work tomorrow I would definitely be giving this a shot, I'll probably keep the old one and try my hand at a rebuild so I've got a backup for 30$

OK thanks, I'll give that a shot. I just replaced the whole ignition cylinder assembly last year around this time so I'm gonna be pretty pissed if that's the issue again.
