Soft top slammed open now won't latch

Bonehead move, but didn't realize the top wasn't latched and it slammed open while driving. Now it won't latch. I'm pretty sure the frontmost bow is bent. Anyone else done this? What did you do about...

I built mine from scratch with random harbor freight, home depot, and stuff laying around the garage and it worked alright. I just redid it at my new house, and other than that dimensionally it ended...

Doesn't sound like it, and I'm familiar with it because mine is in the shop right now for that very issue. No code, but as it's obviously defective it IS covered under warranty.

No offense to any owners, but neither is considered to be good vehicles. They sold them at heavy discount off the lot. That said, you can get pretty new for pretty cheap which does have its pros.

E-diagnosis is kinda tough. Usually head gaskets don't leak externally, but if there's coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant, or a misfire. They could have done a bad job replacing the water pump...
