Okay will do. Thanks. I did bench bleed it at first but then ran into an issue with the slave's bleeder screw breaking and had to replace, so that may have let air back in.

You didn't need to pull the motor to do that. You just needed to drop the transmission. But since it's out maybe clean the engine and engine bay up. Check motor mounts?
