I did so as well.. And was really disappointed with the national bearing. The LuK one has been fine so far. That doesn't mean it won't suddenly explode, but it has served its purpose until now.

I had bad luck with the national bearing that I bought. Had to return it and just decided on rolling with the Luk hybrid metal/plastic bearing.

The national bearing was catching and not spinning...
