Good luck finding consistency, I'm using them trailhead deflators and they are not exact science, I "had" the Currie/ARB deflator at one time but with a valve stem change made the Currie useless so...

Either fairlead mounts to the winch plate, they do not mount to the winch. The 9500 has 1000lbs more pulling strength, I would go for the extra pulling strength.

I still have my OEM unit so I can't recommend a starter.
I can recommend you remove the negative battery cable from the battery before you remove the starter.
