FWIW, when I swapped in a Nissens radiator to my TJ I monitored coolant temp on my ScangaugeII. On the motorway the temp would fluctuate and range between 96-104 C, which is ~205-220 F.

I don't have access to 96 XJ FSM, but both the 95 and 97 FSMs show the same info regarding the body code plate. Paint codes are from 95. 97 paint does not have Moss Green as an option.
