Personally I don't think a three inch lift is enough to fit 33s on a WJ anyway....not with any sensible amount of articulation at least. 4 minimum would be my choice and even then you might want 3/8...

If you are planning to go bigger at a later date then an adjustable one would be nice.....but you will be fine with yours at a couple of inches....the axle will still be close enough to centre.

Those copper colour gaskets in the pics are nothing like the right shape....that's your problem......nothing lines up like it should. Are they the gaskets for the later model?

If you look you will find play in your track bar or rod ends or drag link etc....It was probably there before you lifted......but the lift exaggerates the free play...and hello death wobble....

Yep...I agree...sounds like a fallen rocker.....which normally means a dropped valve seat on these. Does she run evenly?....have you checked the compressions?

I'm guessing the new tyres are rather heavier than the old. More rotational mass will affect the mpg much more than mass added elsewhere. I replace my old worn Wrangler AT,s with a set of heavy mud...

In fact it can. If the seat has worked its way half way out but not fallen out completely and not broken up you with still get good compression and it will leave enough space for the rocker to come...
