hubs come as an entire unit and bolted from the back side it is not really cost, or time effective to "rebuild" it's much easier to simply bolt on new.

the wobble sounds like tie rod end play, the binding issue is usually caused by the transfer case getting stuck in parttime which lowers the gear ratio to the front.

i don't know if any one cares but after exhaustive e mailing back and forth with "Ryan chase" at rough country it seems that a new set of heavier duty springs are on the way to my shop!!!!!!!!
