Well, that was it... a folded over vent line going towards the front just past the T-fitting. Thanks all.

That is precisely where I see my problem to be... that 3 hose holding "sandwich" between the crossmember and the tank. The rig runs so I know the fuel line is good and the return line went into that...

Ugh, all this because I needed to replace a cracked/leaking fuel hose.

I'll drop the tank a bit this weekend (again) and see what wonders await me.

Actually, the dealer upgraded mine back when there were sending unit gasket recalls (the only good thing I ever got from a dealership). But it appears to be the same one as MTS.... has the same shape.

My old 15 gal poly tank had a crack in a seam and would leak at the 1/2 tank point. Upgraded to the 20 gal poly which is far more robust.
