The low pressure hose is the one that just uses clamps to hold it on.
Pretty sure it is the one on the reservoir. Be careful pulling it off of the reservoir. The reservoirs can get pretty brittle....

Try hitting the stub shaft with a dead blow hammer and see if it moves in any.
The snap ring should be right up against the body of the lock hub.

They are usually in the Help section at the Auto Parts stores.
