I know they changed over to the distributor-less ignition after 99 I think. I believe for it to be a completely drop in motor it would have to be from 2000-2002 wrangler or possibly a cherokee.

I actually went to harbor freight and bought a couple of small c-clamps. It only takes 2 to really secure the back. 4 might be over kill. Pretty fast and easy to take on and off and they stay clamped...
