I replaced the upstream sensor as well with an NTK and after 3 days the code comes back. Hmmmmm.....

I just checked the heater circuit of the Upstream sensor and it tests fine.

I checked a bunch of the fuses and they all seem good. at first glance the oxygen sensors wires looked good, but I'll check a bit more thoroughly

Update: replaced both downstream and upstream sensors with NTK ones, checked wiring for damage, and performed the tests below. After 3 days the code comes back.

I actually didn't plan on replacing or resurfacing the flywheel, just scuffing/cleaning it. What are some thoughts on that? The jeep has 90k on it.
