Yes, all speeds. But for some reason, it seems to climb a bit slower when driving at slower speeds. It has never boiled over. And the heater/defrost is just as hot as before. No abnormal temperature...

The fan turns on once it reaches "half way" on the temp gauge. Idk what the actual temp would be. The fan seems to be running fine.
